Hike Cape Cod
I started walking this past October to lose weight. I walked the beaches as much as I could but sometimes the weather was against me, so I walked the mall. I tried to walk at least 3 miles everyday. I got tired of starting at pt. A going to pt. B and walking back on the beach. 4 times around the inside of the mall was real bad. There were results though, 30 lbs. in 1 1/2 months. I knew to keep it up so it wouldn't be a chore was to find an alternative. I am not a treadmill or a fitness center person. I found a trail not far from my house. I really liked felt like I was exploring, ha ha the kid is still in me at 54. I researched and found that Cape Cod has many trails in each of its 15 towns. Now my exploring begins and I know I will keep walking everyday. So far I have lost 80 + lbs in 7 months !!!
